  •    - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •    - 1 cup strong coffee, cooled
  •    - 2 tablespoons sugar (for coffee syrup)
  •    - 1 cup heavy cream
  •    - 200 grams dark chocolate, chopped
  •    - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for ganache)

For the Joconde Cake:


   1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

   2. In a bowl, combine almond flour and powdered sugar.

   3. In another bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.

   4. Gently fold the almond flour mixture into the egg mixture.

   5. Add melted butter and vanilla extract, then fold in all-purpose flour.
